Earlier this morning I stumbled across Ms Avdenvutre in Italy's Tour Del Gelato. With the grey skies and chilly temperature outside, I long for those warm summer days sitting under the big umbrellas of Bar Manganelli with the beautiful view of piazza del Campo enjoying a big coppa of gelato. I've posted a visit to our favorite gelateria back in the summer, but I'll post the pictures again here. D would always gets a coppa vienese. Whereas, I would have the affogato of vanilla gelato and espresso. Sometimes we would get a cone of gelato each, find a spot in the piazza and then let our taste buds do all the work. The chocolate gelato is so intense and creamy. Somtimes if you're lucky, you could find actual chocolate chunks in your gelato. I do hope winter passes soon.
